Macau continues to demonstrate strong upward trajectory, with the latest figures released by the Gaming Inspection and Coordination Bureau revealing a year-on-year increase in gross gaming revenue (GGR). In November, the total GGR reached approximately MOP 21.09 billion (around US$2.63 billion), marking a 14.4% rise compared to the same month last year.

Despite the impressive annual growth, the November figures reflect a sequential decline of 12.5% from October’s GGR of MOP 24.09 billion. October had been a standout month.

As of November, the cumulative GGR for Macau’s gaming sector stands at approximately MOP 226.52 billion. This figure represents an 8.6% increase compared to the same period in the previous year.

According to the fiscal budget plan announced last month, officials forecast that the total GGR for the full year of 2026 will reach MOP 236 billion. This projection represents a 3.5% increase from the revised forecast for 2025, which is set at MOP 228 billion.
