Everi Holdings Announce Major Appointments

Gaming company Everi Holdings, who operate across a range of land-based and online markets, have announced the appointment of Michael D. Rumbolz as the group’s new Executive Chairman of the Board.
The move comes after Rumbolz presided over a period of unprecedented growth during his tenure as combined interim President and CEO, with the company’s market strength increasing exponentially since February 2016. The new chairman has ten years of experience with Everi, conducting his outgoing CEO role for six.
Current COO Randy L. Taylor has been promoted to backfill Rumbolz as Chief Executive Officer. Both appointments will commence in April.
Ronald Congemi, Lead Independent Director of Everi was quick to stress the leadership qualities of both men. Congemi highlighted Rumbolz’s extraordinary input whilst operating as CEO, championing his critical role in growing the firm’s market share and continued impressive performance. He was also quick to assert Taylor’s credentials for his new leadership position,
‘We are very fortunate to have a talented executive in Randy who is capable of seamlessly stepping into the CEO role’
Rumbolz is widely credited for constructing Everi’s long-term vision, which has so far reaped substantially lucrative rewards. In November, Everi Holdings delivered news that its group revenue had risen 49.7% in Q3 of its financial year, largely due to the emphatic performance of its gaming division.
Total revenue for months July-September sits at $168.3M, with positive indicators that market share will continue to grow.
